1)     Product delivery confirmation, demo, installation, Happy calling.

2)     Handling inbound calls/queries for product information.

3)     Forwarding and transferring calls to respective stores as per requirements.

4)     Follow up and coordination with customers, service centers and stores.

5)     Handling after sales service calls from customers.
