· Define & achieve sales targets in line with organizational business objectives and strategy
· Use multiple sources of information like LinkedIn, news alerts, social media, online databases, events & trade shows to build a list of prospects who are receptive to Aeon’s products and services.
· Lead generation through LinkedIn, Email campaigns, Online portals, Events and Cold calling.
· Penetrating strategic accounts by identifying business pains, decision makers, budget, time frame and scheduling appointments with qualified prospects
· Co-ordinate with Marketing for activation and running of various communication campaigns through e-mail, social, blogs, Phone & Events
· Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects
· Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the pre-sales / delivery team and maintain the time-lines for the proposal
· Primary communication with potential customer as per the presales process
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with principals sales organization in the relevant geography
· Maintain the Business Development databases
