Job Description
Reporting to the Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure
achievement of sales targets as a team which have been set.
- Ensure
minimization of shrinkage levels in the department/s.
- Ensure
minimization of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly to
avoid shrinkage etc. at the store.
- Build a
connect with the customers and understand customer needs.
- Manage
customer relationships by making significant efforts for resolution of their
issues.
- Adhere to
mystery shopping standards and constantly endeavor to improve the mystery
shopping scores.
- Adhere to
corporate process guidelines
- Ensure
that visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards are maintained
- Provide
support in placing the products, fixtures, attaching tags to products etc. as
per guidelines.
- Execute
operational procedures effectively like filling checklists about VM,
operations, etc. and reporting each day’s sales in server.
- Appear
for all product tests and secure adequate scores.
- Develop
cashiering skills to meet cashiering certification standards.
