Personal Assistant to MD

Job Description

  • Organizing the meeting with various Head of Departments (HOD) of Company with MD.
  • Organizing & Filing of the visiting cards.
  • Tracking the Credit Card Statements and to make the payment before due date.
  • Follow-up with the concerned person on Project / Assignment.
  • Keeping the tract of important trade magazines and most important infinite thoughts every month.
  • Keeping track of daily reports received from both the factories and to get it filed.
  • TO collect the daily sample report coming from factory, discussion on the same and to do the needful as directed.
  • Taking dictation / drafting letters & inter office memos for MD & other officials.
  • Checking Email & forwarding it to concerned person for action.
  • Attending calls in absence of MD taking down the message & forwarding it to them promptly.
  • Coordinating with Department & Factory staff on various issues.
  • Follow up on various issues with internal as well as external person.
  • Getting information through Internet & other source as required by MD.
  • Domestic & international travel bookings.
  • Hotel & conference booking for customer, meeting, seminars etc.
  • Maintaining filing system.
  • Arranging meeting, appointment.
  • Drafting letters.
  • Prepare & updating schedule of his routing program.
  • Handling internal & external communication.
  • Organizing event & seminar as & when assigned.
  • Making suitable arrangements & interacting with client
  • To prepare annual & monthly calendar of activities of MD.
  •  Write minute of reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentation & speeches.
  • Any other work given by the management from time to time.
