Job Description

Internal Routine:

  • Design / Develop Annual Training Calendar for all the verticals of Leonia Group.
  • Induction Training Programs
  • To develop course material / curriculum for each and every Department.
  • Departmental Training Programs
  • Specific Skill Development Programs
  • Train the Trainer programs.
  • Identification of Training Needs
  • Develop & Conduct Skill Gap Development Programs
  • Measure Training Effectiveness
  • Feedback to the participant regularly about their developmental needs
  • Encourage & train the associates to perform next level responsibilities

 External Timeframe :

  • Interact with various Hospitality institutions to recruit IET, OJT, DHT & M.T., as per academic calendar.
  • Train & Monitor their performance at a fixed interval basis
  • Provide feedback to the concerned about the development needs in coordination with the various HODs


  • To conduct Training Programs as per the Central Govt. & State Govt. VTP & NSDC
  • To conduct Graduate Training program

  Employee Engagement:

  • To design & monitor various employee engagement activities.
  • To conduct Employee Town hall in coordination with Head HR


  • Responsible to prepare Training Budget and ensure the adherence.
  • Ensure that the Training Department is a self-sustaining over a period of time.
