Job Description

  • Planning and developing the procurement sources for administration.
  • Execute plans and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, food services, stores, forms, buildings and grounds, mantainence, engineering and safety programs.
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Consult with operating official on program plans in relation to fiscal capacity.
  • Maintenance workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Supervision and revision of rules, regulations and procedures to meet changes in law and policy
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
