ITIL Consultant
Job Description
- Work with customer leadership teams to plan and implement organizational strategy for operations, performance management and service excellence
- Work with management to perform assessment of capabilities, current performance measures, business alignment, technology and processes.
- Review and recommend improvement initiatives based on best practices and frameworks (Must: ITILreg Desired: ISO 20000, ISO 27001)
- Facilitate the improvement initiatives at client locations
- Proven experience on process analysis, design, solution and roadmap creation
- Lead the problem solving efforts, and act as the analytic thought leader and facilitator
- Collect data and conducts analysis, and build any necessary strategic insight to support deliverables
- Manage customer relationships and facilitate solution acceptance
