Job Description

  • Responsibility of Job posting, mass mailing, screening resumes through different job portals
  • Managing the entire Co’s Job recruitment, taking Feedback of junior staff & their HR issues.
  • Scheduling the Interviews, Reference Check according to the company procedures
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting in Pl anning and Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  • Coordinating, Maintaining and enhancing the working environment of the various departments/branches of the Co.
  • Provide basic product training including inductions for new staff.
  • Making appointments and arranging travel and accommodation.
