Job Description

  • Coordinating and follow up with the consultancies regarding candidates to be scheduled for the interview.
  • Sourcing resumes through different job portals like Naukri.com
  • Taking interviews.
  • Salary Negotiation.
  • Looking after joining formalities- preparing Offer letters, screening the documents.
  • To give Product Training to the employees.
  • To give a brief introduction about the company profile as well as the hierarchy of the management.
  • Preparing Salary of the Employees, Workers and Sales Officers.
  • To coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding salary.
  • Handling Admin activities of the office.
  • To coordinate with the bank regarding opening up of Salary Account of the employees.
  • Maintaining daily Attendance Register of all the workers and staff of all the 3 factories.
  • Handling Legal HR matters while simultaneously coordinating with the company’s Advocate.
  • To give memos and termination letters to the employees if the situation demands.
  • To assist the back office marketing team.
