Job Description

  • Prepare monthly expense reimbursement reporting for teachers 
  • Accounts payable, receivable 
  • Customer file maintenance 
  • Prepare purchase order 
  • Review invoices and check requests 
  • Set up invoices for payment and prepare check 
  • Prepare bank deposits 
  • Prepare and mail invoices / payments   
  • Process expense reimbursement requests and prepare ADP transmittal 
  • Set up field trip requests and process payments 
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies   
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries 
  • Notifies customers of insufficient payments 
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
