Job Description

  • Designing and planning the overall Communication/ Marketing Strategy & Sales along with the budget & schedule
  • Creating opportunities for projecting Sanghvi as a leading brand in the Real Estate Industry
  • Identifying & Implementing various process/ procedures related to sales & marketing and improving the existing ones
  • Generating sales from existing customers & tapping new customers
  • Capable of generating sales leads from various sources and converting the same
  • Should have knowledge of ATL, BTL & TTL communication campaigns
  • Leading the team and directing efforts in creating Sanghvi Group brand awareness through various direct and indirect channels
  • Monitoring individual performance indicators for the team and targets to exceed and drive the weekly Sales review meetings
  • Provide regular updates to the directors/ promoters of the company and get actively involved in annual planning process
  • Establishing Sanghvi Group name through various forums
  • Monitoring the success of various marketing and brand awareness programs implemented
  • Preparing MIS report on daily sales/ marketing activity and reporting the same to the director
  • Regular analysis of new sales & marketing trends in real estate industry and updating the same to the team & management
  • Carefully monitoring collections/ recovery and push strategies  for quicker collections
  • Constantly motivate the sales & marketing team through internal and external training to upgrade their skills, create the inner zeal and think positively
  • Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel, both paid and volunteer.
